Buyer FAQ

Clear answers before a sourcing commitment.

Commercial terms and product claims are confirmed for the individual enquiry. These answers explain what can be discussed now and what still depends on the selected product, supplier and project scope.

Brief first

What buyers usually need to know.

Where a detail varies by supplier or project, we mark it as pending instead of turning it into a general promise.

01Do you offer a fixed product catalogue?

Our Products page shows the office furniture categories we can explore, but it is not a fixed stock list. Relevant supply options are matched after we understand the required specification and quantity, then availability and commercial terms are verified for the enquiry.

02Can you source something similar to a reference image?

An authorised reference can help us understand function, proportion, material and finish direction. We use it as an input to a new, documented specification—not as permission to copy another company’s protected design, branding, photography or product claims. Feasibility and intellectual-property boundaries are checked before an option is presented.

03What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no single MOQ that applies to every enquiry. It can change by product, supplier, material, finish, packaging and customisation. We confirm the applicable MOQ in writing after reviewing the exact requirement.

04How long will production and delivery take?

Lead time is confirmed for the selected product and supplier. Sampling, finish approval, production, inspection, packing and shipping can each affect timing. Tell us your required arrival date and destination so feasibility can be checked before any commitment is made.

05How do you prepare pricing?

Pricing is prepared from the confirmed specification, quantity, packaging, destination and agreed trade terms. A reference image alone is not enough for a reliable quotation. Currency, validity period, included scope, exclusions and payment terms are recorded with the project-specific quotation.

06Can I request a sample?

Sample availability, cost, preparation time, courier or freight cost, and whether any amount can be credited against a later order are checked for the individual product. No sample policy is assumed until the supplier and specification are confirmed.

07Can you supply products for the Australian market?

Australia is our initial test market, but market suitability is assessed product by product. Tell us the required standard, test report, electrical requirement, fire requirement or other compliance condition. We verify the available documents and scope before representing that a selected product meets a stated requirement.

08Can products be customised or private-labelled?

Custom dimensions, colours, finishes, packaging and branding can be explored when relevant. Feasibility, tooling, artwork, intellectual-property permission, MOQ, cost and lead-time impact must be confirmed before an option is presented as available.

09How is quality checked?

The required checks should be agreed for the specific order. Product specification, approved references, inspection timing, responsible party, acceptance criteria and any third-party inspection scope must be documented before production or shipment. We do not treat an unconfirmed general process as a project guarantee.

10Can you coordinate packing and shipment?

Packing, loading, documents and export coordination can be assessed within the verified operating arrangement for the order. Destination, Incoterm, consignee requirements, installation responsibilities and local import obligations must be clarified before the logistics scope is confirmed.

11What warranty or after-sales support is included?

Warranty duration, exclusions, spare parts, replacement handling and after-sales responsibilities vary by selected product and supplier. The applicable scope is confirmed in writing before an order is accepted; it is not inferred from a product category or reference image.

12What should I send with my first enquiry?

Share the project type, product categories, quantities, dimensions or drawings, material and finish direction, reference images you are authorised to share, target budget, timing, destination, and any testing or compliance needs. Unknown fields can remain open—we will identify what needs clarification.
